A Trail of Destruction

So it has occurred to me that I leave a trail of destruction in my wake! It started some years ago, when I was a check out chick at Franklin's (remember that chain?). A couple of months after I quit, Franklin's announced that they were going broke and closing down. At that point I was working in a newsagents in the city. I left there and started working for State Government. It took a little longer, but that newsagents also went bust! So I was working in the central office for a department called DAIS (Department for Administrative and Information Services). I moved from that role to my current role, which was still within DAIS, but no longer in the central office. The Government then announced that they were disbanding and DAIS was no longer. I thought that was the end of it, you know, things coming in threes and all.....until Saturday.
The units that I moved out of, just over 2 months ago, got hit by an arsonist in the early hours of Saturday morning, causing major damage to a couple of units and some fairly nasty smoke damage to a couple more. For the record, the unit I lived in was untouched, which I am glad about, because my former land lord and I did not part on the best of conditions, so the last thing I needed was the accusation of arson!!

Coincidence or Freaky destructive powers???? Hmmmmm!
