Message to all Chefs, Cooks etc

Orange peel is not a food. It is simply a protective layer, placed around the edible part of the fruit. It tastes hideous, has a nasty texture and potentially is covered with pesticides!

I ate a muffin this morning and the maker of said muffin was too lazy to peel the orange....now I have a horrible orangey taste in my mouth. Boo Hoo!
